The Heat Factory Pro Purchase Program is reserved for qualified industry professionals or individuals miscellaneously involved in the outdoor industry.
HOW LONG DOES MY PRO PURCHASE PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP LAST?
You will need to reapply each year to continue your membership. Our employees may ask for proof of employment or involvement to qualify your application.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN YOU'VE APPROVED MY APPLICATION?
Once submitted, a member of our team will review the application and notify you of our approval via email. You will then be able to log-in as a "PRO" and have access to discount pricing.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST ON PRO-PURCHASE ORDERS?
Unless otherwise noted in a promotion, Heat Factory does not offer free shipping on "pro-purchase orders". Shipping prices vary by weight and destination.
