How long do the packs last?

These large adhesive-backed body warmers generate consistent heat for up to 10 hours once exposed to air. In terms of a shelf-life, unopened, the packs can last up to three years when stored properly.

How do I attach a heat patch?

Open the outer package and remove the heat patch from it's packaging. Carefully remove the paper backing. Attach heat patch between layers of clothing so that the patch does not come in direct contact with the skin. Do not use this product while sleeping.
